Abstract：The authors annotate on several basic problems of development and planning, which include four aspects as follows:①How to treat development of township reasonably.②The first point of township planning should be how to construct pleasant living environment.③The key problem of township planning is how to stress the specific character.④The final goal of township planning ought to be how to push on strategy of an integral whole of village and town.
